格乌兹塔明那 - Gewurztraminer

  • 原产地:阿尔萨斯(Alsace)和德国
  • 在法国的种植区域:法国东北部的阿尔萨斯，占有20%的种植量
  • 产品:干白，半干白或者甜烧酒。干白和半干白的葡萄也被称为“迟来的丰收”，因为葡萄是在收割日期来临几个星期后才被采摘的。这时候的葡萄已经极度成熟。甜烧酒的外号则是“高贵颗粒”：在Sauternes区有一种葡萄孢能加快葡萄腐烂，被称为高贵的腐烂物，甜烧酒的外号从此而来。该品种酿的酒酒香丰富，充满水果香气，带有辛香味道。

  • 掺兑情况:和Muscat, 雷斯令 (Riesling), Pinot gris,和Pinot blanc一起掺兑。
